We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Pacific Defense. As a key member of our Manufacturing Organization, you will be responsible for manufacturing processes involving planning, design, implementation, validation, and production.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement test strategies to ensure products meet technical specifications and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and execute test plans and support validation and verification testing in production.
- Communicate project status and updates across departments and disciplines.
- Design and implement new manufacturing systems as needed for new product introductions.
- Ensure design producibility and refine or provide input into applications, processes, and devices as required to meet manufacturing and test requirements.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing.
- BS EE or MS EE/CS degree.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process optimization and test strategy development.
