Join a leading academic medical center, VCU Health - MCV Physicians in Richmond, VA, as a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurosurgeon with fellowship training/specialty focus in Complex Spine/Spinal Deformity neurosurgery. This is a full-time faculty position with opportunities to provide patient care, engage in education, and coordinate research initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced clinician to manage our complex spine program, teach medical students and residents, and participate in multidisciplinary clinical measures. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a clinical setting, hold a valid license to practice medicine in Virginia, and demonstrate a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.

**Estimated Salary:** $400,000 - $600,000 per year

**Responsibilities:

Clinical: Provide patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including adult/general neurosurgical services.

Teaching: Teach medical students, neurosurgery residents, and fellows.

Research: Conduct research and/or clinical trials in an academic setting.

Service: Serve on departmental, School of Medicine, and University committees as necessary.
