Restaurant Shift Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Wenspok Companies. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Wendy's restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train, develop, and mentor staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Create a warm and welcoming work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.
  • Monitor and enforce food safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Maximize store sales and profit goals by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory levels.
  • Maintain QSC standards to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Protect the Wendy's brand and assets by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a drive for results and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year Shift Manager or equivalent experience required.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-focused approach.
