We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Actively greet and engage with customers to provide personalized assistance, answer questions, and offer styling advice to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to H&M guidelines to maximize selling opportunities.
  • Inventory Management: Unload delivery trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise, and label merchandise with security tags within efficiency timeline goals.
  • Point of Sale: Process transactions, issue receipts, and fold and place merchandise in bags following register best practices.
  • Loyalty Program: Educate and promote our H&M Loyalty program to customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and skills with colleagues, offer help where needed, and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Store Operations: Work in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation, ensuring customer and colleague safety at all times.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Passion for customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and inclusive, positive attitude.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
