Job Summary:

We are a highly specialized Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Practice seeking an experienced Clinic Scheduler to join our team at Southwest Breast and Aesthetics LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule clinics for five providers, ensuring accurate input of demographics and locations.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in the schedule to optimize office operations.
  • Review patient paperwork and accurately input and update patient information to scheduling spreadsheets.
  • Provide ongoing communication with patients regarding appointment changes and updates.
  • Route calls to the appropriate department and manage patient messages via secure text platform.
  • Communicate schedule changes to clinical staff and perform other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous surgical scheduling experience is preferred.
  • Required experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, specifically Advanced MD.
