Key Responsibilities- Collect data for analysis by an RN to contribute to the assessment of patients.
- Perform plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care.
- Assist patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient's status and reactions to interventions.
