Key Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Always partner with the patient and significant others (as appropriate) using appropriate methods for setting and purpose.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Reg Nurse (Single State) license.
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills, and customer service skills.
As a Registered Nurse at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed, and respectful manner.
