We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Host/Hostess to join our team. As a key member of our dining services staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents during meal periods.

• Greet and seat residents and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure all food is handled in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, meeting federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Pour beverages, provide service, and bus tables as needed to ensure seamless dining experiences.
• Monitor seating flow, dining room services, and food availability to guarantee prompt and courteous dining service.

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living, preferably one year or more.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
