As an Interventional Radiology Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Administer medications as ordered and document patient responses
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management and treatment options
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology or a related field
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
- Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, and push, bend, and pull
