Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Associate to join our team. As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients, preparing accurate tax returns, and generating business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information for tax preparation
  • Prepare complete and accurate tax returns using tax software and knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Generate business growth by offering additional products and services to clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve office priorities
Requirements
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with virtual tools and technology
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
