RN - Short Stay Unit Per Diem Day Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Short Stay Unit at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a Per Diem RN, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
