Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Facilities Upkeep: Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of the facility, including cleaning and organization of equipment and supplies.
  • Equipment Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Work Orders: Complete work orders as assigned by management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Knowledge and Training: Develop and maintain knowledge of equipment, systems, and procedures to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety protocols and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Education or GED required; some college or college graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years experience in maintenance or similar position preferred.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general construction/carpentry; highly knowledgeable with hand and power tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgment, common sense, and resourcefulness.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work on feet; must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) and do so safely with extreme care and caution.
  • Environmental Factors: Daily exposure to allergens, including cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil.
