Job Summary

Rasmussen University is seeking a highly qualified Radiologic Instructor to join our team. As an Adjunct Radiology Professor, you will be responsible for teaching radiographic physics to students and preparing them for operation of the X-ray control panel and X-ray tube.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum and assessment for radiographic physics courses
  • Teach radiographic physics courses to students, using effective teaching strategies and multiple teaching techniques
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to students
  • Participate in faculty meetings and other responsibilities as agreed upon by the Dean
  • Complete professional development requirements, including a minimum of six (6) Rasmussen Educational Units (REUs) annually
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • ARRT certification (active and unrestricted)
  • 3+ years of clinical and teaching experience in radiologic technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
