About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
  • Current and in good standing discipline-specific state license.
  • One year of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility and/or Long Term-Care preferred but not required.

  • Competitive hourly rate up to $59/hr and $61/hr on weekends.
  • Weekly pay every Thursday.
