Audiology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to conduct medical assessments for United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
The successful candidate will serve the Veteran community by reviewing medical records, conducting Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests, and completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in a computer portal.
This is an in-person role that requires assessing 3-6 Veterans per day, with each appointment lasting between 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. The schedule is full-time, with no evenings, on-call, or weekend shifts.
Audiologists will not prescribe medical treatments or devices.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct medical assessments for Veterans
- Review medical records and complete DBQs
- Conduct hearing tests and provide results
- An Au.D. degree from an ASHA Accredited school
- A current license as an Audiologist
- Malpractice Insurance covered by MRG
- Health insurance options available
- ASHA Learning Pass membership (CEU)
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience.
