**Job Title:** Office Operations Coordinator
**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $55,000 per year
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within Associated Milk Producers Inc.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assigning purchase orders and matching them with receiving documents and invoices
- Coding invoices with the correct G/L number for payment
- Obtaining necessary signatures, making copies, and preparing payment spreadsheets
- Filing copies of all A/P documentation
- Assisting with retail and petty cash accountability
- Answering phones, greeting customers, suppliers, patrons, and visitors
- Entering data into the JDE computer system
- Preparing various reports, correspondence, and miscellaneous tasks
- Maintaining computerized records systems for departmental records, files, and reports
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; an associate's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- One to three years of relevant work experience is preferred, but not required.
