**Job Title:** Office Operations Coordinator

**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Description

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within Associated Milk Producers Inc.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assigning purchase orders and matching them with receiving documents and invoices
  • Coding invoices with the correct G/L number for payment
  • Obtaining necessary signatures, making copies, and preparing payment spreadsheets
  • Filing copies of all A/P documentation
  • Assisting with retail and petty cash accountability
  • Answering phones, greeting customers, suppliers, patrons, and visitors
  • Entering data into the JDE computer system
  • Preparing various reports, correspondence, and miscellaneous tasks
  • Maintaining computerized records systems for departmental records, files, and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; an associate's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
  • One to three years of relevant work experience is preferred, but not required.
