Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or technical school certification in an industrial-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year of related maintenance department supervisory experience, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Compliance: Knowledge of compliance regulations and procedures.
  • General Maintenance: Experience in general maintenance and repair.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Refrigeration Equipment: Experience with refrigeration equipment.
  • Supervising Associates: Experience in supervising associates.
  • Warehouse Management Systems: Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000.00-$100,000.00, as well as annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and stock. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
