About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Product Specialist to join our team at LL Flooring. As a Sales and Product Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our store manager and assistant managers with daily sales, store operations, and general care of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in making informed decisions about their flooring projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Assist with the upkeep of the flooring warehouse and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Proactively engage with customers and prospects to drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals
Requirements
  • A passion for customer service and a desire to grow within our company
  • Previous customer-facing experience in sales, retail, or hospitality
  • A high school degree, GED, or equivalent
  • An interest in home improvement and influencing flooring design choices
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with technology
  • Engaging communication skills and a conversation starter
  • The ability to occasionally lift heavy boxes and willingness to learn and operate a forklift
