We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at SR COMPANIES LLC.
Job SummaryThe Caregiver Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities- Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Engage residents in various leisure activities, stimulate their minds, and encourage social interaction.
- Assist with meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, addressing their concerns and requests promptly.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
