Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Engage residents in various leisure activities, stimulate their minds, and encourage social interaction.
  • Assist with meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to supervisors.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, addressing their concerns and requests promptly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
