Job Title: Network Evaluator

At Two Six Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Network Evaluator to join our team in Laurel, MD. As a Network Evaluator, you will play a critical role in evaluating operational or developmental networks and systems for weaknesses and susceptibility to network attack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate networks and systems for vulnerabilities and weaknesses
  • Identify malicious and anomalous activity
  • Employ vulnerability discovery and analysis
  • Research emerging network technologies to create tailored security solutions
  • Advise customers on countermeasures and configuration of commercial products or hardware or software additions
  • Produce evaluation reports and brief customers on results
Requirements:
  • Active US Security clearance of Top Secret/SCI with Poly
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 11 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral Degree plus 7 years of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience working in a security domain, programming, systems architecture, vulnerability analysis, reverse engineering, malware analysis, protocol analysis, network analysis, and software analysis
  • Must be willing to work on-site at the customer site in Laurel, MD
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in performing protocol analysis and network detection development for a large corporate network
  • Hands-on experience developing analytics and detection logic for Department of Defense agencies
  • Relevant sequences of certifications can substitute for 1 year of experience
Clearance Requirements:
  • Active US Security clearance of Top Secret/SCI with Poly
  • Must be willing to obtain and maintain a Polygraph clearance
