Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Budgeting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations group, you will be responsible for managing the annual budget process, analyzing financial data, and developing multi-year financial plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the annual budget cycle, including setup, training, and analysis of budget submissions
  • Develop and analyze multiple budget scenarios for 'what-if' planning
  • Track salary positions, including open positions, and provide forecasting and analysis
  • Develop presentations and materials for budget presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of work-related experience; Master's degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
