About the Role

United Family Services Inc is seeking a skilled Floater Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care across multiple locations within the Abilene region. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest relations and satisfaction while ensuring the integrity of pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized attention to guests, acknowledging and greeting them promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to drive growth, education, and compliance.
  • Assist in supervising technicians, managing inventory, and participating in clinical programs.
  • Monitor patients' drug therapies for effectiveness and safety, making recommendations as needed.

Requirements:

  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active pharmacist license in good standing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
  • Basic accounting and computer proficiency.
  • Immunization certification and CPR certification within 90 days.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
