The Recycling Driver is a vital member of our team, responsible for collecting and processing recyclables across the park. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and sort recyclables from designated collection points, ensuring accurate data collection and efficient processing.
- Operate a box truck and other equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to DOT regulations and Aramark's transportation policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Aramark's standards for safety and quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse populations, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Participate in emergency procedures and respond to inclement weather conditions, ensuring the safety of colleagues and the public.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in a similar role, with a valid US driver's license and a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
- Forklift, manual pallet lift, baling machine, and glass crushing machine operation skills.
- Physical demands include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing.
