Financial Operations Specialist

Rogers Embassy Suites is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including cash, checks, and credit transactions
  • Provide accounting support to the hotel, ensuring all revenues are posted to the correct department
  • Handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity
  • Address guest complaints and issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide reports to management on asset utilization and audit results
  • Work proactively to recommend changes in operations and financial activities

Requirements:

  • 6 months of front office experience in a hotel environment
  • Prior experience performing basic accounting duties
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state driver's license and adherence to company guidelines regarding moving violations
