Front Range Staffing is actively seeking dedicated 2nd Shift Production Associates for immediate opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
CompensationStarting pay is $16.25 per hour, with potential increases up to $18.25 per hour following the successful completion of the probationary period.
Work ScheduleThis position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, from 3 PM to 11:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct visual inspections on finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Assemble, pack, seal, and prepare pallets of completed items.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with production and quality protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow established safety and quality guidelines in all tasks.
Candidates must be able to:
- Push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Stand for the duration of the shift.
- Work in varying temperature conditions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate calculations.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Steel-toed or composite boots.
