Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Receptionist to join our team at Georgetown INFINITI. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Welcome customers to the dealership and provide assistance as needed.
  • Provide high-quality assistance to office personnel to ensure a smooth-running and productive office environment.
  • Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously over a multi-line phone system.
  • Will cover for Service Cashier as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
