Job Description:

Andrus Transportation is seeking experienced flatbed truck drivers to join our team. As a flatbed truck driver with Andrus, you will have the opportunity to drive throughout the lower 48 states, with an emphasis on the western and southern regions.

Truck Driver Pay & Bonuses:
  • Competitive mileage pay range: $1,100 to $1,800 weekly
  • Sign-on bonus: $5,000
  • Performance bonuses: mileage, idle, fuel efficiency, extra stops, etc.
  • Experience bonuses: longevity, Hazmat endorsement, veterans, and more
  • New flatbed seasonal tarp pay policy:
    • Tarped loads delivered on or after December 15th through March 15th, and June 15th through September 15th, will be paid at $100.
    • Tarped loads delivered before or after these seasonal time frames will be paid at the normal rate of $80.
Road & Home:
  • Regional western lanes: deliveries as far north as Washington and as far south as New Mexico, with most runs along I-15/84, I-5, I-10, and I-70.
  • Regional southern lanes: deliveries as far south as San Antonio and as far east as Memphis, with most runs within 500 miles of Dallas.
  • Expanded OTR lanes: a wide variety of runs available throughout all of the lower 48.
  • Dependable home time: two full days every 7-10 days.
  • Rider policy: after 3 months with Andrus' permission.
  • Pet policy: pets are allowed from your first load.
Equipment & Support:
  • New automatic trucks: Freightliners and Volvos no older than 3 years.
  • Fully loaded with premium interiors, ELSs, Prepass, Qualcomm, and Transflow.
  • Personal fleet manager: you'll be known by name at Andrus and have support wherever you are and whenever you need it.

  • Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain Hazmat within 90 days of hire (we pay for background screening)
