- Responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of all Soldiers.
- Support postal and personnel accountability operations.
- Maintain accurate emergency notification data.
- Take the ASVAB, a series of tests that help identify suitable Army jobs based on individual strengths.
- Meet eligibility criteria, which includes passing the ASVAB test.
Job training begins with 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training and nine weeks of Advanced Individual Training, focusing on human resource systems. This includes classroom instruction and hands-on experience.
Skills and Qualifications- Aptitude for English and business administration is essential.
- Able to follow detailed orders and instructions.
- Sound people skills are necessary for success in this role.
