Master Plumber

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Master Plumber to lead and oversee plumbing projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position that offers competitive salaries, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing installations and repairs
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
• Train and supervise a team of plumbers and apprentices
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new plumbing techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians

• Hold a valid Master Plumber license in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Master Plumber
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Willingness to work in different environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability for occasional on-call and overtime work
