Medical Care Provider for Medically Fragile Student

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Medical Care Provider to provide care to a medically fragile student throughout the school day, as well as during transportation to and from school.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience. The ideal candidate will be an active Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will work closely with the student, their family, and school staff to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan that meets the student's unique needs.

  • Estimated Annual Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
  • Contract Length: Remainder of the 2024-2025 school year & may be renewed for the following school year
  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and 401k plans
About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on care to the student, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

You will also be required to communicate effectively with the student's family, school staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.

A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining strong relationships with the student, their family, and school community to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse license required
  • Minimum 1+ years of nursing experience
