We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiopulmonary Unit at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.

About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity with 36 hours per week, offering flexible scheduling including WEEKEND OPTION.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing direct nursing care and implementing patient care plans.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive care to patients with various cardiopulmonary conditions.
  2. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Assess and coordinate patient discharge needs, ensuring a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
  4. Note and carry out physician orders, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
