Job Summary
Merrimack College is seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach lecture and/or laboratory courses in the Department of Natural Sciences. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instructional material and course management, including assessments and grading.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach lecture and/or laboratory courses in Biology at the undergraduate level
- Develop and implement effective instructional material and course management strategies
- Assess student learning and provide feedback
- Grade assignments and exams
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
- College-level teaching experience preferred
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Canvas) preferred
