Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail operations plans to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
  • Monitor product levels and ensure that inventory is managed effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales floor associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of retail management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
