We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services Department at HCA Florida Northside Hospital. As a Same Day Surgery Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of intra-operative patients
- Assist surgeons in operative procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
- Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
