Residential Cleaner

RAM Partners, LLC is a prominent property management firm responsible for a vast array of residential complexes throughout the United States. Position: Junior Housekeeper

Compensation:
$15 to $16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing routine cleaning and sanitization tasks across the property
• Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas
• Washing dishes and wiping down surfaces
• Vacuuming and maintaining floor cleanliness
• Assisting with light landscaping and waste disposal

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
