We are currently in search of a proficient Maintenance Technician.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on CNC machinery, including belts and bearings.
  • Replace defective electrical components such as relays, switches, and motors.
  • Install and maintain pneumatic systems.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks with supervisory staff.
  • Plan and oversee projects across various locations.
  • Source necessary materials and supplies.
  • Perform general building maintenance tasks, including door and lighting repairs.
  • Ensure the structural integrity of facilities.
  • Additional duties may include plumbing repairs, surface preparation, painting, and maintaining workplace safety.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machinery or manufacturing maintenance.
  • Vocational certifications or experience in Electrical, HVAC, PLC, and Plumbing are advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety guidelines.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks at various heights.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift and carry weights ranging from 50 to 100 lbs.
  • Exposure to diverse environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and high noise levels.
  • Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor responsibilities.
  • Overtime may be required as needed.
  • Travel to various locations may be necessary.
