We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Professional to join our team at Iredell Memorial Hospital Incorporated.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse on our unit. This involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients during each shift. You will also manage all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment while promoting collaboration with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient care by assessing needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatments.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress, medication administration, and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide clear directions and expectations for excellent patient care.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current Board of North Carolina License.
- BLS certification.
- A Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- De-Escalation Training within 30 days of hire.
Physical Demands
This position requires the ability to perform a range of physical tasks, including walking, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, and sitting for extended periods. You must also be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary ranging between $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
