Dance Professor

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a dance instructor. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and sharing their knowledge of various dance styles with adults.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching multiple classes a day, managing interpersonal relationships among students and instructors, and following up with new leads. A positive attitude, upbeat personality, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary, including base pay and the potential for competition winnings. Our compensation plan also includes benefits such as PTO/Vacation, Continuing Education, Health and Wellness Benefits, and Health Insurance. As a full-time position, you can expect a regular schedule from 12-9PM, Monday through Friday.
