Traveling Labor and Delivery Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team as a Traveling Labor and Delivery Nurse. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, providing individualized care to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting a positive and empowering experience.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
