Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician who possesses a keen eye for detail and a strong background in property upkeep. This role is essential in ensuring the functionality and aesthetics of our properties.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • EPA HVAC certification is a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
