About the Job

We're seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Handy Mart team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, where you'll have the chance to develop new skills and build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage store appearance and stock during peak hours, maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store.
  • Handle a high volume of transactions with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
  • Educate customers on products and services, driving sales and promoting loyalty.
Requirements
  • Age requirement: must be 18 years of age or older (21 in some states)
  • Availability: must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Communication skills: ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
  • Math proficiency: basic math skills required
  • Physical ability: capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Pre-employment screening: must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
