Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Freezer Attendant to join our team at Peco Foods. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of frozen products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove boxes of poultry from the conveyor line and stack them on pallets for transportation
  • Follow written specifications for packaging and labeling of products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a cold storage environment (38°F) for extended periods
  • Ability to stand and walk 100% of the workday
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in cold storage or warehouse operations
  • Cooler/shipping experience in a poultry processing facility
