Job Opportunity

We are seeking two full-time Pharmacy Assistants to join our team at El Centro Family Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing quality healthcare to the people of Northern New Mexico.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Pharmacist or Nurse Director, the Pharmacy Assistant will maintain the clinic drug room in compliance with NM State Board of Pharmacy regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a pharmacy or medical setting. Certification: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/Basic Life Support (BLS) (must be obtained within 3 months of hire). Preferred Requirements: Certification as a Pharmacy Technician, bilingual skills (Spanish/English).
