Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cart Attendant Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our Front-End Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a great first and last impression of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize shopping carts from the parking lot to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
  • Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) as needed.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
