The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of direct experience in litigation, with a strong understanding of Florida legal practices. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe Acrobat, and Practice Panther.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare correspondence and documents, and other assignments as delegated by attorneys
  • Maintain attorneys' calendars, monitor deadlines, statutes, and rules
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, etc. as necessary
  • Assist in case management of family law files
  • Maintain electronic client files
Requirements
  • Must be able to take direction and work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organizing and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive tasks on a daily basis
  • Excellent word processing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent administrative and legal skills, professional, well organized, a self-starter, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task in a high activity environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with practice management systems is a plus, such as Practice Panther for case management and Egnyte for file storage
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
