Job Title: Lead Lineworker
Nelson Tree Service is recruiting a skilled Foreperson to manage our line clearance crew. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining high safety standards. Your expertise in vegetation management and ability to lead a team will be invaluable to our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to meet project deadlines
  • Assign tasks to crew members and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to address concerns and resolve issues
  • Provide training and support to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working with power lines and equipment
