Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Assistant to join our team at Spectrum Healthcare Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and support in our orthopaedic clinics. About the Position
This is a full-time position offering an estimated annual salary range of $50,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance (80% company paid), dental & vision plans, 401(k) match, and generous paid time off. If you meet the qualifications below, please submit your application.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with direct patient care and handle patient rooming and intake
- Perform casting and injections as assigned, and demonstrate competency in all skills related to patient care
- Collaborate with the Clinic Supervisor to ensure efficient clinic operations and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications
- Current MA, CNA, Athletic Trainer, Rad Tech, LPN or other relevant clinical credential, certification, with relevant work history
- Current license as applicable issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure, certification within 6 months of date of hire
- BLS required or achieved within 3 months of date of hire
- Knowledge of and experience in healthcare field, medical office protocols/procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with patients
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of electronic medical records
