Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in senior-based insurance products, including life insurance and long-term care
  • Financial planning expertise with extensive training platform
  • 4+ years of insurance management experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in recruiting, training, managing, and motivating high-performance sales teams
  • Active life/health license for the state
  • Series 6 preferred or within six months
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must reside in the specified regions
  • Good credit history
