Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Weirton, WV facility. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility systems, equipment, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate and maintain our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work requests and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve facility-related issues and improve processes.
- Participate in pre-task planning, coordination, and communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance and troubleshooting with equipment, fabrication, installation of building systems utilities, and great customer service.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, electrical wiring, fabricating, assembling, and installing tooling or equipment.
- Ability to learn cloud-based organizational tools and software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to safely operate a fork truck and lift 50 lbs.
