Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time adjunct faculty member to teach in the Hospitality and Food Service program. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and experience in teaching or industry. The position will involve teaching credit courses at our Bethlehem, PA campus, Monroe campus in Tannersville, PA, or online.

Responsibilities

  • Teach credit courses in Hospitality and Food Service, including lectures, discussions, and lab sessions
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with industry standards and college goals
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Participate in departmental and college-wide initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Hospitality, Food Service, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution
  • College teaching experience or industry experience in Hospitality and Food Service
